It appearing to the Court, based on the Joint Motion For An Extension Of Time To File
Supplemental Briefs filed by defendant, GMAC Mortgage, LLC (“GMAC”),1 and plaintiffs, Carl
G. Nichols, III and Liese M. Nichols (collectively “Plaintiffs”), and, for good cause shown, the
Parties agree to extend the deadline for GMAC to file its supplemental brief up to and including
May 15, 2013 and for Plaintiffs to file their supplemental brief up to and including May 22,
2013.
