Today, July 9 th, 2007, is the 34 th day after the Requests for Admission were serv ed on the Defendant ­ and no Answers have been served on Plaintiff by D e f e n d a n t. No order staying discovery has ever been entered, or requested - in this forum. B ecau se the proceedings in this matter have not been stayed, and because the D e fe n d a n t has failed to timely answer requests for admission, they have been d eem ed admitted in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 36(a).
