OFFICER DEAN § § § CIVIL ACTION NO. 1:08cv353 MEMORANDUM ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTIONS AND ADOPTING THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION Harold D. Idlebird, proceeding pro se, filed the abovestyled lawsuit. The court previously referred this matter to the Honorable Keith F. Giblin, United States Magistrate Judge, at Beaumont, Texas, for consideration pursuant to applicable laws and orders of this court. Plaintiff has filed a motion (doc. no. 6) asking the court to enter injunctive relief in this matter. The magistrate judge has submitted a Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge recommending the motion be denied. The court has received and considered the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge filed pursuant to such referral, along with the record, pleadings and all available evidence. Recommendation. Plaintiff filed objections to the Report and The court has conducted a de novo review of the objections in relation to the pleadings and the applicable law. CIV. P. 72(b). See FED. R. After careful consideration, the court concludes the objections are without merit. ORDER Accordingly, plaintiff's objections are OVERRULED. The findings of fact and conclusions of law of the magistrate judge are correct and the report of the magistrate judge is ADOPTED. Plaintiff's motion for injunctive relief is DENIED. In addition, plaintiff's subsequent motion seeking injunctive relief (doc. no. 18) is also DENIED.
