MEMORANDUM ORDER ADOPTING THE MAGISTRATE
JUDGE’S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
Petitioner, Christopher Harvey, a federal prisoner confined at the Federal Correctional
Complex in Beaumont, Texas, and proceeding pro se, filed this petition for writ of habeas corpus
contesting the legality of his conviction.
The Court referred this matter to the Honorable Zack Hawthorn, United States Magistrate
Judge, at Beaumont, Texas, for consideration pursuant to applicable laws and orders of this
Court. The Magistrate Judge recommends this petition for writ of habeas corpus be dismissed
for want of prosecution pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
The Court has received and considered the Report and Recommendation of United States
Magistrate Judge filed pursuant to such order, along with the record, and pleadings. No
objections to the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge were filed by
