In support of its Motion, Plaintiff states as follows: 1) The parties have conferred and agreed to amend the due dates for responsive briefing to Defendants' Motion For Summary Judgment as follows: April 24, 2007 June 8, 2007 July 13, 2007 2) Plaintiff's Response to Defendants' Motion For Summary Judgment Defendants' Reply To Plaintiff's Response Plaintiff's Sur-reply to Defendant's Reply The parties do not propose this change in the deadlines for the purpose of delay; rather, these amendments to the Briefing Schedule are necessary for the parties to fully and adequately brief Defendants' Motion For Summary Judgment. The parties do not propose to change any dates that will affect the trial date set forth by the Court.
