UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO AMEND PLEADINGS Defendants City National Bank and City National Corporation ("CNB") move the Court for an extension of time for CNB to file amended pleadings, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b)(1), and would show the Court as follows: 1. DTC filed its Complaint for patent infringement on February 2, 2006. 2. The Second Amended Docket Control Order in this case was filed on January 30, 2007. 3. The deadline in the Second Amended Docket Control Order for all parties to amend their pleadings is April 7, 2007. This date being a Saturday, the deadline falls on the following Monday, April 9, 2007. 4. CNB has requested from DTC an extension of the deadline to file amended pleadings to Friday, April 13, 2007.
