Accordingly, it is therefore: ORDERED that the Unopposed Motion For Extension of Time by Defendant FirstGRANTED; Citizens BancShares, Inc. is ORDERED and that First Citizens BancShares , Inc. shall have until April 30, 2007 to comply with this Court' s Order dated March 15 2007 (Docket No. 597).
