As noted in Verizon's Answer to Web Telephony LLC's First Amended Complaint, there is an inadvertent error in the caption of this case. The correct party should be Bell Atlantic Communications, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Long Distance and not Verizon Communications Inc. The parties have consulted and will submit a joint consent order to the Court correcting this mistake.
