It is, therefore, ORDERED that the Unopposed Motion to Withdraw as Counsel is hereby GRANTED and that Andy Tindel and Provost Umphrey Law Firm, LLP are hereby WITHDRAWN as counsel of record for Defendant, HTC America, Inc., in the above-captioned civil action.
