ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT YAHOO! INC.'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND THE DEADLINE TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT Having considered Defendant Yahoo! Inc.'s Unopposed Motion to Extend the Deadline to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint and finding that good cause exists for the requested extension, the Court is of the opinion that the motion in all respects should be GRANTED. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the deadline for Yahoo! Inc. to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint is extended to September 7, 2007.
