UNOPPOSED MOTION TO MODIFY CASE STYLE Plaintiff Bright Response, LLC (formerly known as Polaris IP, LLC) respectfully submits this unopposed motion as follows: Plaintiff has changed its name with the Texas Secretary of State from Polaris IP, LLC to Bright Response, LLC. So that the style of this case reflects the correct name of the Plaintiff, and in order to avoid any potential jury confusion over same, Plaintiff requests, and Defendants do not oppose, modifying the style of this case to be as follows: "Bright Response, LLC v. Google, Inc., et al." Plaintiff thus requests entry of the proposed order submitted herewith, which would affect the foregoing modification.
