UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS MARSHALL DIVISION BRIGHT RESPONSE, LLC vs. GOOGLE, INC., ET AL. § § § § § ORDER The trial date in this case is currently scheduled for August 2, 2010. (See Dkt. No. 31). The court has received several inquiries recently about postponing the trial date, but no motion for continuance has been filed. At this time, the court is not inclined to continue the trial date beyond August 2010. Furthermore, Google's counsel indicated that he will not be available to try this case in mid or late August. (See Dkt. No. 309). Therefore, the court will maintain the currently scheduled trial date of August 2, 2010. The parties are to meet and confer and submit an amended docket control order that conforms with this schedule. Should Google's counsel become available later in August, the court will consider scheduling the trial date later in the month.
