CONSENT MOTION TO WITHDRAW BRIGHT RESPONSE, LLC'S MOTION TO COMPEL GOOGLE INC. TO PRODUCE AD SPAM FILTERING SOURCE CODE AND RELATED WITNESSES On June 15, 2010, Plaintiff Bright Response, LLC ("Bright Response") filed a motion to compel Google Inc. ("Google") to produce source code for Google's Ad Spam Filtering system as well as testimony regarding this source code, in the form of a properly knowledgeable witness designated under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 30(b)(6) and the individual deposition of Mr. Mike McNally (D.I. 361). In light of the Stipulation filed on July 2, 2010, between Bright Response and Google Inc. (D.I. 397), Plaintiff Bright Response, LLC hereby moves the Court for leave to withdraw the Motion to Compel. Google, Inc. consents to this motion.
