It is therefore ORDERED that the Motion for Verbal Reprimand to Yahoo Counsel for Continued and Vexatious Conduct with Respect to Mr. David Pridham and Request for Court Order Allowing Mr. Pridham to Participate in and Review Pre-trial Preparation Materials (Dkt. #411) filed by Bright Response, shall be withdrawn without prejudice to the re-filing of same.
