The Court finds that adequate need is shown to support this limited modification. The Court will allow Mr. Pridham access to expert reports concerning damages and their underlying documents that may be marked Confidential or Attorneys Eyes Only to which Mr. Pridham is otherwise not allowed access pursuant to the Court's June 2, 2010 Order. The Court therefore finds that the Motion should be GRANTED.
