ORDER On this day the Court considered Bright Response, LLC's ("Bright Response") Emergency Motion To Allow Bright Response Counsel Mr. David Pridham Access To Expert Reports On Damages And All Documents Relied Upon In Those Reports To Support A Reasonable Royalty Analysis, Including Access To Support A Reasonable Royalty Analysis, Including Access To Pretrial Preparation Materials And Demonstrative Exhibits In Support Of Preparing Bright Response's Damages Case ("Motion"). The Court finds that adequate need is shown to support this limited modification. The Court will allow Mr. Pridham access to expert reports concerning damages and their underlying documents that may be marked Confidential or Attorneys Eyes Only to which Mr. Pridham is otherwise not allowed access pursuant to the Court's June 2, 2010 Order. The Court therefore finds that the Motion should be GRANTED. The Court ORDERS: Plaintiff's counsel Mr. David Pridham shall be allowed,
