GOOGLE, INC., et al., Defendants. Case No. 2:07-cv-480 (RRR) Honorable Randall R. Rader, Presiding AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT The Court has granted summary judgment of non-infringement as to the sole patent-insuit. On March 5, 2010, the Parties agreed to the dismissal without prejudice of the counterclaims by Defendants Google Inc. and Yahoo! Inc. for invalidity and unenforceability. In order to finally resolve all claims as to all parties in this case the Court now proceeds to enter this Amended Final Judgment in the place of the Judgment entered on March 11, 2010 It is, therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. Judgment is entered in favor of Google and Yahoo! on all of Plaintiff's claims; 2. Judgment is entered in favor of Google and Yahoo! on Google's and Yahoo!'s counterclaim for declaratory judgment of noninfringement; 3. Google and Yahoo! have not and are not infringing any claim of U.S. Patent No. 6,199,067. 4. Google's and Yahoo!'s counterclaims for invalidity and unenforceability are dismissed without prejudice; and Case 2:07-cv-00480-RRR Document 485-1 Filed 03/15/10 Page 1 of 2 5. The date of entry of this Amended Final Judgment shall be the date of the entry of judgment in this case for all purposes, including but not limited to any demand for costs and/or attorneys' fees and any post-judgment motions.
