ORDER On this day the Court considered the motion of Plaintiff PA Advisors, LLC, now known as nXn Tech, LLC ("nXn") to supplement the record of the March 1, 2010 proceedings in this Court ("Motion") with the additional information presented to the Court in the form of the power point presentation, which comprised part nXn's oral argument in opposition to Defendants' Motions for Summary Judgment. Defendants Yahoo! Inc. and Google Inc. are unopposed to this request. The Court therefore grants the Motion and orders that the record is hereby supplemented with the documents included as Exhibit A to nXn's Motion. Signed this 30th day of March, 2010.
