ORDER On this day the Court considered the Unopposed Motion of Plaintiff PA Advisors, LLC, now known as nXn Tech, LLC ("nXn" or "Plaintiff"), seeking an extension of time to file responses to motions filed by Defendant Google Inc., namely, Google Inc.'s Motion for Determination of Exceptional Case and Award of Attorneys Fees (Dkt. No. 493) and Motion for Taxation of Costs (Dkt. No. 495). Plaintiff seeks an extension of time up to and including April 30, 2010 for its responses to these motions. Google does not oppose. The Court finds that the Motion should be and is hereby granted. Plaintiffs' response date for the above-referenced motions is April 30, 2010.
