ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
On this day, Plaintiffs Northeastern University and Jarg Corporation, and Defendant
Google Inc. announced to the Court that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and
the parties requested dismissal of the case with prejudice. The Court, having considered this
request, is of the opinion that their request for dismissal should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all claims for relief asserted against Google Inc. by
Northeastern University and Jarg Corporation, and against Northeastern University and Jarg
Corporation by Google Inc. are dismissed, with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all attorneys’ fees, costs of court and expenses shall be
borne by each party incurring the same.
