ORDER Before the Court is Google Inc.'s Unopposed Motion for Leave to Supplement Its Invalidity Contentions under Patent L. R. 3-6(b). After considering the motion and the other papers in the record, the Court determines there is "good cause" for the requested supplementation. Therefore, the Court grants Google Inc. leave to amend its invalidity contentions (Exhibit A to the motion).
