No. 33), and the October 30, 2009 Order Granting Joint Motion to Extend Time (Dkt. No. 68), Google Inc. ("Google") hereby notifies the Court that there continue to be disputes between the parties concerning privileged documents. The parties have exchanged Privilege Logs and Google has notified plaintiffs of the deficiencies it has identified in plaintiffs' privilege log. The parties are continuing to work together to informally resolve their disputes regarding documents withheld from production on grounds of privilege, and hope to resolve those disputes without the need for Court intervention.
