Innovation L.L.C. and Technology Licensing Corporation and Defendant Google Inc. submit this

notice stating the estimated amount of time requested for the Marlcrnan hearing, which is
scheduled for October 1,2009 at 9:30 a.m.

Plaintiffs respectfully request that each party be given one-and-a-half (1.5) hours of time,
for a total of three (3) estimated hours.

Given that this case involves two patents that concern different technology, Google
respectfully requests that each party be given two-and-a-half (2.5) hours of time, for a total frve (5) estimated hours.
