Civil Action No. 2:07-cv-511 (CE) ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL DEFENDANTS TO DISCLOSE THEIR NONINFRINGEMENT CONTENTIONS Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Defendants to Disclose Their Noninfringement Contentions. Based on the arguments presented in the motion, the arguments of counsel, the pleadings on file, and any other relevant matter, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Defendants Google Inc., Yahoo! Inc., and AOL LLC disclose their noninfringement contentions within 15 days of the signing of this Order.
