Inc.'s Unopposed Motion to Extend Time to File Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Yahoo! Inc. to Provide Discovery Relating to Other Search Engines, Comparisons, and its Negotiations and Search Engine Agreement with Microsoft Corp. Based on the arguments presented in the motion and the Plaintiff not being opposed, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion.
