UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS MARSHALL DIVISION SOFTWARE RIGHTS ARCHIVE, LLC vs. GOOGLE INC., ET AL. § § § § § ORDER Pending before the court is the plaintiff Software Rights Archive, LLC's ("SRA") motion to compel Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo") to provide discovery relating to other search engines, comparisons, and its negotiations and search engine agreement with Microsoft (Dkt. No. 269). The plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. The requested materials bear on damages and possibly on questions of infringement. At a minimum, the requested materials are reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence, and therefore fall within the broad scope of discoverable information. Yahoo is ordered to provide the requested information within twenty-one days of this order. SIGNED this 9th day of June, 2010.
