Rights Archive, LLC does not oppose this request. The current deadline and the new deadline appear in the below chart: EVENT Deadline for Yahoo! to produce documents pursuant to June 9, 2010 order (Dkt. No. 293) 2. CURRENT DEADLINE June 30, 2010 NEW DEADLINE July 30, 2010

This case is still in its relatively early stages, and the above agreed to extended

deadline will not adversely affect any other of the Court's deadlines. For example, jury selection is not scheduled to occur until May 2, 2011. This Motion is not sought for delay, but that justice might be done. WHEREFORE, Yahoo! respectfully requests that the above deadline be further extended as set forth in the above chart. 1
