SIPCO, LLC’S NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT OF SANCTION AWARD
Following the Court’s September 25, 2013 Memorandum Opinion and Order (Dkt. 590)
in Civ. No. 2:08-CV-359, awarding sanctions to Plaintiff, SIPCO, LLC (“SIPCO”) against
Hawking Technologies, Inc. (“Hawking”), SIPCO and Hawking have conferred and agreed upon
a compromise settlement award, which Hawking has paid in full. Because of this settlement, all
outstanding issues regarding SIPCO’s request for sanctions against Hawking have now been
fully resolved and settled. SIPCO also withdraws its Notice Regarding Acceptance of Plea and
Sentencing in Crim. No. 2:13-CR-7.
