Firepond), et al, and respectfully requests that attorney Kip Glasscock be permitted to withdraw as counsel of record for FPX in the above-captioned matter. Plaintiff FPX consents to this request, and said Plaintiff is currently represented by other counsel in this matter. No other changes are requested at this time regarding the other attorneys acting as said Plaintiffs' counsel of record. Defendants do not oppose this motion.
