ORDER On this day the Court considered Plaintiff API Technologies, LLC's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time of one week to file a Surreply in Support of its Response to Defendants' Motion to Transfer Venue. The Court finds that the Motion should be and is hereby GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that API Technologies, LLC is granted an extension of time up to and including July 1, 2010 to file its Surreply in support of its Response to Defendants' Motion to Transfer Venue.
