ORDER granting 20 Motion to Consolidate. Pending before the court is defendants Google Inc. and AOL LLCs motion to consolidate class discovery in Civil Action Number 2:09-cv-00151-TJW-CE with discovery in Civil Action Number 2:09-cv-00142-TJW (Dkt. No. 20). The court GRANTS the defendants motion to consolidate these cases for discovery purposes. As such, discovery related filings shall be made in Civil Action Number 2:09-cv-00151-TJW-CE, the later filed case.
