ORDER Before the Court is Plaintiff Beneficial Innovations, Inc.'s Joint Motion for Extension of
Time to File Initial Disclosures Under P-R 3.1 and 3.2, and Comcast's initial disclosures under Rule 26. After careful consideration, the Court concludes that the Motion should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File Initial
Disclosures Under P-R 3.1 and 3.2, and Comcast's Rule 26 disclosures, is GRANTED. It is
further ORDERED the Plaintiff Beneficial Innovations, Inc. may file its P-R 3-1 and 3-2 disclosures
with respect to Defendants Comcast, Disney, IAC, and Comcast may serve its Rule 26 disclosures, on or before December 14, 2010.
