JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO SERVE RULE 26 AND PATENT LOCAL RULES 3-1 AND 3-2 DISCLOSURES Defendants Disney Online, Comcast Corporation, and IAC Search & Media, Inc. jointly move with Plaintiff Beneficial Innovations, Inc. (collectively "the Parties") for an extension of time for Plaintiff to serve its Patent Local Rule 3-1 and 3-2 disclosures with respect to these defendants, and for Comcast Corporation to serve its Rule 26 initial disclosures. On December 3, 2010, the Parties jointly moved for an extension of these deadlines. The Court granted that Motion on December 6, 2010, extending these deadlines to December 14, 2010. The Parties hereby request a further thirty-day extension of these deadlines to January 15, 2011.
