ORDER Before the Court is Comcast Corporation, Disney Online, IAC Search & Media, Inc. and Beneficial Innovations, Inc.'s Joint Motion For Extension of Time to Serve Rule 26 and Patent Local Rules 3-1 and 3-2 Disclosures. After consideration, the Court concludes that the Motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Beneficial Innovations, Inc. may serve its Patent Local Rule 3-1 and 3-2 disclosures with respect to Disney Online and IAC Search & Media, Inc. and Comcast Corporation may serve its Rule 26 initial disclosures on or before January 15, 2011.
