ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
On this day came to be considered the Joint Motion for Dismissal without Prejudice as to
Defendant and Counterclaimant Handango, Inc. (“Handango”) filed by Plaintiff SimpleAir, Inc.
(“SimpleAir”) and Handango. The Court being of the opinion that the same should be granted, it
is therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Joint Motion for Dismissal without
Prejudice is GRANTED and SimpleAir's claims against Handango and Handango's
counterclaims against SimpleAir are hereby dismissed without prejudice. Each party shall bear
its own costs and attorneys' fees.
