Sony Corporation of America, Sony Electronics Inc. and Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. were served with summons effective May 26, 2010, and a second unopposed extension of time to answer was granted extending the answer date until August 16, 2010. 2. The parties are involved in settlement negotiations and anticipate concluding the negotiations within the next thirty (30) days. Therefore, Sony Corporation of America, Sony Electronics Inc. and Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. seek an extension of time to answer until September 15, 2010, so that the parties can conclude the settlement before incurring additional legal work and expense. 3. 4. This Motion is unopposed. This Motion is not sought for delay, but so that justice may be done.
