Plaintiff MicroUnity Systems Engineering, Inc. ("MicroUnity") files its answer to the
Counterclaims stated by defendant Motorola, Inc. ("Motorola") inits Answer and Counterclaims to

Ptaintiff MicroUnity Systems Engineering, Inc.'s Complaint þr Patent Infringement, filred on
August 11, 2010. MicroUnity denies the allegations in Motorola's Counterclaims unless expressly
admitted in the following paragraphs.
