The Court is of the opinion that said motion should be granted. It is therefore ORDERED that Defendant Palm, Inc.'s Unopposed Motion for an Extension of Time is GRANTED. Defendant Palm, Inc. will have through August 11, 2010 to answer, plead, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint for Patent Infringement.
