Ltd., Samsung Semiconductor Inc., and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung"), without waiving any defenses or any matters that might be presented pursuant to FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 12(b) or any other rule or law, file their unopposed motion for extension of time in which to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff Microunity Systems Engineering, Inc.'s Complaint and would respectfully show the Court as follows: Samsung has requested and Plaintiff has agreed that in exchange for the requested extension, Samsung has agreed to waive requirements for formal service of process and accepts service through counsel for Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Samsung Semiconductor Inc., and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC. Plaintiff has agreed to an extension of Samsung's time to respond in any manner whatsoever including answer, motion or other pleading of any type to Plaintiff's Complaint. Specifically, Samsung requests, and Microunity Systems Engineering, Inc. does not oppose, an extension of time up to and including August 11, 2010.
