Such motion is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Defendants Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Samsung Semiconductor Inc., and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC have until and through August 11, 2010 to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint.
