(collectively "HTC") and hereby move for an extension of time to answer, move or otherwise respond to Plaintiff MicroUnity Systems Engineering, Inc.'s ("MicroUnity") Complaint up to and including August 11, 2010. MicroUnity has agreed to this motion for extension by HTC. Without waiving any other rights, HTC's counsel has also agreed to accept service on behalf of HTC Corporation (located in Taiwan). A proposed Order granting this unopposed motion is attached for the Court's convenience.
