ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT Before the Court is Defendant Mass Media Distribution, LLC's ("Mass Media") unopposed motion for an extension of time for Defendant Mass Media to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint. The Court is of the opinion that the motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the time for Defendant Mass Media to answer Plaintiff's Complaint is hereby extended to September 28, 2010.
