ORDER GRANTING SECOND AGREED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT FOR PATENT INFRINGEMENT Before the Court is Plaintiff, Gooseberry Natural Resources, LLC, and Defendant, PR Worldwide, Inc.'s, second agreed motion for a one day extension of time for PR Worldwide, Inc. to secure substitute counsel and respond to Plaintiff's Complaint for Patent Infringement. The Court is of the opinion that the motion should be GRANTED. It is, therefore, ORDERED that the time for PR Worldwide, Inc. to secure substitute counsel and answer Plaintiff's Complaint is hereby extended to October 5, 2010. JURY TRIAL DEMANDED
