ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE A PROPOSED DOCKET CONTROL ORDER AND DISCOVERY ORDER Plaintiff Gooseberry Natural Resources, LLC and Defendant Proven Ways, Inc. (collectively, the "Parties") filed their Joint Motion for an Extension of Time to File a Proposed Docket Control Order and Discovery Order. The Court, having reviewed the motion, finds that the motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the Parties are granted an extension, through and including March 16, 2011, to file a proposed docket control order and discovery order.
