Finding the motion well taken, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion. Defendants shall . have up to and including Wednesday, October 26, 2011, to file their Sur-Reply to Plaintiff’s Motion to Consolidate and their Reply to Defendants’ Cross-Motion to Sever. SO ORDERED.
