Before the Court is Defendants A9.com, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Google Inc., Nokia Inc.,
and Nokia Corporation’s Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Brief Addressing the Impact of

the Dismissal of Ricoh Innovations, Inc. and Ricoh Company, Ltd. on Their Motions to Transfer.
Finding the motion well taken, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion. Defendants’
Supplemental Brief Addressing the Impact of the Dismissal of Ricoh Innovations, Inc. and Ricoh
Company, Ltd. on Their Motions to Transfer is deemed filed. Plaintiff Wireless Recognition
Technologies LLC shall be permitted to file a Response on or before Wednesday, February 8,
