Before the Court is Plaintiff Wireless Recognition Technologies LLC’s (“WRT”)
Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Reply to Defendants A9.com, Inc., Amazon.com,
Inc., Google, Inc., Nokia, Inc. and Ricoh Innovations, Inc.’s (“collectively defendants”) Motion
to Transfer to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Finding the motion well taken, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion. WRT shall have
up to and including Monday, April 25, 2011, to file its response.
