ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
The Court has reviewed and considered Defendants A9.com, Inc.; Amazon.com, Inc.;
and Google, Inc.’s Unopposed Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and finds that the Motion should
be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Aaron R. Hand, formerly of the law firm of Howrey
LLP, is permitted to withdraw as counsel of record for Defendants A9.com, Inc.; Amazon.com,
Inc.; and Google, Inc. and that the Clerk is ordered to terminate Aaron R. Hand from receiving
future notices of electronic filings in this matter.
