Before the Court is Apple Inc.’s (“Apple’s”) Motion for Leave to File
Under Seal Exhibit A to the Declaration of Jonathan C. Sanders in Support of Apple’s
Motion to Intervene and the exhibits thereto (the “Motion”). The Court finds that the
Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED, and it is hereby ORDERED that Exhibit A
to the Declaration of Jonathan C. Sanders in Support of Apple’s Motion to Intervene shall
be maintained under seal.
