AMENDED COMPLAINT
Defendant Atari Interactive, Inc. filed its unopposed motion to extend the time in which
to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint until (and including)
October 19, 2011. Such motion is GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that Atari Interactive, Inc. has until and through October 19,
2011 to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint, D.I. 26.
