Before the Court is Plaintiffs Rockstar Consortium US LP and NetStar Technologies
LLC’s unopposed motion for an extension of time to file their response to Google Inc.’s motion
to strike Plaintiffs’ patent rule 3-1 infringement contentions. It is hereby ORDERED that the
unopposed motion for extension of time is GRANTED and Plaintiffs’ response shall now be due
on Friday, August 29, 2014.
